Read carefully the current conditions and reservation policies for our facilities.

By booking with us you accept the following Terms and Conditions. All prices indicated are in US dollars, US $

 

PAYMENT POLICY

The reservation will be confirmed after a minimum deposit of 50%. Payments can be made by bank transfer in Panama, credit card or PayPal. The balance will be paid in cash or credit card at the time of Checkin.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All your data will be stored in encrypted form and will not be shared with anyone. Sensitive data such as information of the credit or debit card will be provided by you, directly to our online booking partner Myallocator.com (Mayor Online Booking Manager).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

According to our location and because our hotel has few rooms, the cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, our cancellation policy is not subject to change,

  • Within 30 days before arrival, the refund is complete.
  • 30 days before arrival will be charged 50%.
  • If guests cancel during their stay, we can give them a valid credit note for 3 months (depending on the season).

Check-in 2pm / Check-out 11am

You can store all your luggage with us until check-in or after check-out.

  • CHECK-IN EARLY AND DELAYED CHECK-OUT GUARANTEED. (If available in the reservation)

Check-in before 2pm / Check-out after 11am

Rate: $ 20.00

 

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Children up to 3 years of age stay for free.

 

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed upon prior request. The fee is $ 10 per pet / night.
